Warranty Policy
At Lethal Black, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers. We stand behind the quality of our gaming chairs and provide a warranty to support you every step of the way.
1. Warranty Coverage:
All Lethal Black gaming chairs are covered by a limited warranty for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery. Customers also have the option to extend the warranty for an additional 1 year subject to certain conditions. Please refer to the extended warranty section.
2. Warranty Terms:
- Lethal Black will make every effort to service the product under warranty. This warranty covers all moving and functionality parts of our gaming chairs.
- The decision to repair or replace any part of the product will be at the sole discretion of Lethal Black based on the report submitted by our customer care representative.
- Warranty claims can be resolved by arranging a visit from a service technician or sending replacement spare parts for the affected component(s).
- Under the warranty service, Lethal Black will provide replacement parts free of charge and provide necessary installation or assembly instructions. You may replace the parts yourself or through a third party. However, any labor costs incurred for the replacement and any transportation cost related to the replacement part will not be covered.
- The warranty applies to the original purchaser. It is not transferable to any heirs or assignees.
- The warranty period starts from the delivery date to the original purchaser and is not extended as a result of transfer.
3. Warranty Coverage
The limited warranty provided by Lethal Black covers all functional components of the products, including the following:
- Mechanism
- Hydraulic Gas lift
- Base Stand and wheels
- Armrest
- RGB strip
4. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear during the natural course of product usage, including aging, nature, function, composition, and damage due to usage beyond its intended purpose.
- Scratches, dents, wrinkles, color-fading, wearing/beading of fabric/leather, compression of foam, or other changes developed due to normal wear and tear of the products during usage.
- Any damage resulting from improper installation or assembly arranged by the customer without considering Lethal Black’s guidelines, improper maintenance, misuse, non-compliance with intended use, modifications or repairs, and discoloration.
5. Warranty Process
To claim warranty support for any functional issues with your Lethal Black gaming chair, please follow the steps below:
- Send an email to support@lethalblack.com
- Include the following details in your email: Order ID, a brief description of the support required, images or videos of the issue faced, invoice/warranty certificate, and your contact details.
- A service ticket will be raised for your complaint, and our Customer Service team will contact you within 24-48 working hours to provide a resolution within 7-14 working days from the date of the complaint.
